Welcome to the Diocese of Harrisburg Youth Protecction Program Learning Management System (LMS), managed by the Office of Youth Protection.

If you are accessing this site, it is because you are either a priest, deacon, consecrated religious man or woman, seminarian, diaconante candidate, employee, applicant for employment or serving minors/vulnerable adults as a vendor for a parish, mission, school or institution affiliated with the Diocese, or you are either a volunteer applicant or current volunteer having direct volunteer contact with minors or vulnerable adults as part of a parish, mission, school or institution affiliated with the Diocese.

NOTE: Those who are employed to serve or volunteer with minors through an organization, program or event which, for liability purposes, is considered unaffiliated with the Diocese of Harrisburg, should not register in the LMS. Such individuals should already be in compliance with the Pennsylvania Child Protective Services Law (CPSL) and should provide proof of screening, training and liability insurance to the parish, mission, school or insitutition affiliated with the Diocese. 

To sign-in, use your previously registered email address and password. If this is your first visit to the site, you will need to register by either selecting REGISTRATION located at the top right of the navigation bar or by selecting Don't have an account? located at the bottom of the green Sign In field.  You will need an active email account to complete your registration. Each individual should register in the LMS only once.
